Venom is an evil alien symbiote who originally bonded with Spiderman. While merging with the symbiote, Spiderman's powers were increased but his mind was compromised as it tried to take over him. Spiderman managed to rid himself of his black suit, It would originally return with a new host and attempt to get revenge on the superhero for rejecting it.
